💰Payments
The Payments Module in BizMandala helps you manage various aspects of payment processing, including gift cards and payment methods.
1. Gift Card Categories
Gift Card Categories help you classify and organize different types of gift cards you offer.
Managing Gift Card Categories

Navigate to Payments: Click on the Payments icon in the menu.
Access Gift Card Categories: Select 'Gift Card Categories' from the dropdown menu.
View Categories: You will see a list of existing gift card categories.
Add New Category: Click on 'New Category', enter the category name and description, and click 'Save'.
Edit Category Information: Select a category from the list, update the necessary information, and click 'Save'.
2. Gift Cards
The Gift Cards section allows you to create and manage individual gift cards.
Managing Gift Cards
Navigate to Payments: Click on the Payments icon in the menu.
Access Gift Cards: Select 'Gift Cards' from the dropdown menu.
View Gift Cards: You will see a list of all gift cards issued.
Create New Gift Card: Click on 'New Gift Card', enter the required details (card number, category, value, etc.), and click 'Save'.
Edit Gift Card Information: Select a gift card from the list, update the necessary information, and click 'Save'.
3. Gift Card Redeems
The Gift Card Redeems section tracks the redemption of gift cards by customers.
Managing Gift Card Redeems
Navigate to Payments: Click on the Payments icon in the menu.
Access Gift Card Redeems: Select 'Gift Card Redeems' from the dropdown menu.
View Redemption Records: You will see a list of all gift card redemption transactions.
Redeem Gift Card: To record a new redemption, click on 'Redeem Gift Card', enter the necessary details (gift card number, amount redeemed, etc.), and click 'Save'.
4. Payment Methods
The Payment Methods section allows you to define and manage the different payment options available to customers.
Managing Payment Methods

Navigate to Payments: Click on the Payments icon in the menu.
Access Payment Methods: Select 'Payment Methods' from the dropdown menu.
View Payment Methods: You will see a list of all available payment methods.
Add New Payment Method: Click on 'New Payment Method', enter the required details (method name, description, any specific settings), and click 'Save'.
Edit Payment Method Information: Select a payment method from the list, update the necessary information, and click 'Save'.
5. Payment Summary
The Payment Summary section provides an overview of all payments received, categorized by different payment methods.
Viewing Payment Summary

Navigate to Payments: Click on the Payments icon in the menu.
Access Payment Summary: Select 'Payment Summary' from the dropdown menu.
Generate Summary: Choose the time frame and filters for the summary report.
View or Export Summary: Click 'Generate' to view the summary on-screen, or export it to a desired format (e.g., PDF, Excel) for further analysis.
